This beautiful residence was designed and built by Eric and Wendy Holtz from lumber he cut and milled on the island.
The house is situated about 120 feet above the waters of the Georgia Straight and provides fantastic views of the sound and islands beyond.
Eric & Wendy have four alpacas which often graze peacefully in the "front yard."
Eric & Wendy run a successful business building and selling wood-burning hot tubs known as Alumitubs.

"Oscar" was in charge of quality control inspections (right) while I was oiling.
This wood-burning hot tub over-looks the Georgia Straits and, at night, the lights of Lanceville and Nanaimo across the water on Vancouver Island.
Eric and Wendy used to make these unique, environmentally friendly, hot tubs under the name Alumitubs.
They sold the business in 2019.
